What excellent questions!
Month to month leases are available.
Month to month prices for single units are $250-275 depending on the studio. Year long leases are slightly less.
There is central heat and air as well as WiFi.
We feature 24 hour access via a personalized security code to private studios and common areas for tenants.
The Arts District is a safe and active part of downtown, for more about the neighborhood check out http://dadaws.org (the website maintained by our neighborhood association).
The vibe inside 16over6 is overall quiet and reflective, but inhabited by lively involved people who are engaged in the community and enjoy talking about art as well as making it. We tend to be focused while in our studios, friendly in the hallways, and lively on gallery hops and out in the neighborhood.
The folks here work all hours and appreciate the needs of others to focus on their work.
6th & Vine Restaurant is below on the east side and it can be quite boisterous on Thursday - Saturday nights after dinner hours are over. There is an architecture firm below on the west side and they appreciate quiet neighbors during normal business hours. The deck out back is perfect for lively conversation and we are hunting for deck furniture in time for spring.
I hope that answers your questions. Would you like to stop by to see the space?
Excitement and anticipation builds as artists begin settling into the studio spaces.
There is art in the lobby and activity in the studios, come check out the scene that is developing above 6th & Vine!
